Clean the inside and rim of the toilet bowl with disinfectant and toilet spray. Keep the solution on for at least 10 minutes, then wipe it off with a toilet brush. Apply the disinfectant to the entire surface, from the inside out, including the lid and the bidet.

Rub the shower nozzle twice a month with a brush and powder detergent and wipe it with a sponge. Soak it in enough white vinegar water to cover the rim every three months. Use a plastic bag for this and wrap the mouth tightly with tape. Soak it for a few hours or even overnight to absorb it well. Then scrub with a stiff brush. Rinse under strong running water to remove any vinegar residue.
